Common things
Download my data
Open Settings in the app and tap "Download my data". You'll get a zip with your profile, memories, and your original recordings and photos.
Delete my account
Open Settings and tap "Delete account". Your account and memories are removed at once. Details are in the privacy policy.
I can't sign in
Use the same method you signed up with (phone, email, Apple, Google or Facebook). If a code doesn't arrive, wait a minute and try again, then email us.
Report someone or something
Use the report option on a memory or profile in the app. You can also block a person there, and neither of you will see the other's memories.
